  • Individual Support

    We offer a variety of individual support services in your home or local community.

    These services can include assistance with self-care tasks, household chores, food preparation, and support to access community activities or appointments.

  • Short Term Accommodation / Respite

    Short Term Accommodation, including respite care, offers support for individuals who need to live away from home for a short period.

    Short Term Accommodation funding can also be used for respite care, providing you and your carers with a temporary break. This can offer numerous benefits, including:

    * Opportunities to try new activities and experiences

    * The chance to make new friends and develop new skills

    * Support for your current living situation by giving your informal supports a break

  • Support Coordination

    Support Coordination services are designed to assist you in navigating your NDIS plan and achieving your goals. Our capacity building support can help you:

    * Understand and utilise your NDIS plan effectively to pursue your goals.

    * Connect with NDIS providers, community, mainstream, and other government services.

    * Build your confidence and skills to coordinate your supports independently.

    We offer both Coordination of Supports: Level 2 & 3, and our team consists of highly experienced coordinators..

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)

    DescSupported independent living is designed for individuals with disabilities who require a higher level of support. This typically means needing substantial assistance throughout the day, every day of the week, including overnight.

    Supported independent living services can include support with:

    * Personal care tasks

    * Building skills in areas such as meal preparation and cooking, cleaning, and developing a routine

    * Implementing any behavior support plans

    * Developing social skills

    * Supervision, personal safety, and security

    * Medication administration

    * Medical appointments

    * Non-routine or irregular community access, such as assistance with personal tasks
